Developers Tridel and Concert Properties have joined forces for a new condominium development soon to be constructed on Bayview Avenue north of Eglinton. Sherwood at Huntington will follow in the footsteps of Tridel and Concert's Blythwood at Huntington, a recently completed condominium development located on the same block.

Designed by Kirkor Architects Planners, the 8-storey Sherwood at Huntington is offering 91 two and three-bedroom condominium units ranging in size from 920 square-feet to 3,000 square-feet and prices starting at $1,000,000.

Interior spaces at Sherwood at Huntington are being handled by interior designers UNION31, and in the image below, we get our first look at an interior rendering of the development's residential lobby space.

Once construction of the project is complete in Spring 2018, residents of the development will have access to a wide selection of amenities, including a landscaped courtyard, guest suite, party room, sauna, swimming pool, and a gym, as well as a whirlpool and yoga studio.
