A familiar sight on the Toronto waterfront, the three-masted schooner Kajama has been sailing the harbour since 1999. Formerly a cargo vessel, the Kajama was originally launched under the name Wilfried in 1930 and carried cargo between European ports until 1988, before eventually being purchased by the Great Lakes Schooner Company a little over a decade later. Today's Photo of the Day, submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Ben Roffelsen, shows the schooner Kajama sailing across Toronto Harbour.
