Near the shores of Lake Ontario in southwest Scarborough, Infinity Development's Residences at The Hunt Club will soon bring boutique condominium living to Kingston Road. Located in the highly sought after Fallingbrook neighbourhood of the Upper Beaches and designed by architects Onespace Unlimited, Residences at The Hunt Club will be an 8-storey building containing just 73 units, divided between 61 condominium units and 12 two-storey lane townhomes with street and internal access.

Despite the building's boutique-size, amenities normally found in larger luxury condominiums are being offered here, including a two-storey lobby, guest suite, gym, yoga room, party room and a roof top terrace lounge with views overlooking the Toronto Hunt Club fairways and beyond towards Lake Ontario.

Views are one of the major draws at Residences at The Hunt Club, and unlike the dense urban views we are accustomed to seeing from downtown high-rises, the vistas here are much more serene. To give potential purchases a better idea of the picturesque scenery from the 8th and uppermost floor of the building, the developer utilized a miniature blimp equipped with a camera to capture the background used in the montage included below.

To take best advantage of the great scenery, suites at Residences at The Hunt Club have been designed with expansive glazing and generous balconies, or where the step-backs of the building permits, huge terraces. This means that homeowners who cherish the chance to spend time outdoors in comfortable settings will not have to give that up when choosing the condo lifestyle here.

Residences at The Hunt Club will be a true boutique building in every sense of the term, with 53 unique floorplans for the development's 73 units. Unlike larger buildings with many more units on each floor and the associated hallway noise, or long waits for elevators and the difficult-to-reserve amenity spaces, Residences at The Hunt Club's low unit count will allow for a much quieter atmosphere, where residents will know their neighbours, just like in the low-rise, single-family home neighbourhoods around the city.

Given the limited number of units available, the Residences at The Hunt Club's sales centre will be opening Saturday, June 14 to registrants only. For those who have yet to register, follow the 'Request Info' link included below, and private appointments will be set up by the sales staff.
