Graywood Developments and Beaverhall Homes have teamed up to offer resort-style living on the shores of Humber Bay with Ocean Club, a 39-storey condominium tower and adjacent 10-storey boutique residence under construction in Etobicoke. With construction of the development in its late stages, the team behind Ocean Club is now offering limited-time incentives worth up to $50,000, with only 5 per cent down until occupancy, plus free parking and a locker.

Potential purchasers are invited to tour Ocean Club’s brand new Presentation Centre for a look at what the development has to offer. Those who stop by will be able to see for themselves how the 39-storey tower and 10-storey boutique residences are taking shape. The smaller building has already been topped off, and work on the tower's sloped roofline and mechanical penthouse is well under way.

Designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, Ocean Club's advantageous location along the Etobicoke waterfront helps to maximize both city and lake views. The community is landscaped by Strybos Barron King in a style that reflects the ocean-front resort communities found along the southern Atlantic coast of the United States, with features including a full 17,500 square feet of private outdoor space features a courtyard and terraced areas. Adding to the area’s amenities, Ocean Club will also be home to a ground-floor bistro and patio open to the public.

Surrounding the development, the Humber Bay Shores area is being revitalized to include new and expanded sidewalks to connect pedestrians to the grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies and other services now establishing themselves in the growing neighbourhood. Residents of Ocean Club will be able to drive to Sherway Gardens in just a few minutes, and with the Mimico GO Station and major highways located nearby, Downtown Toronto is not far away either.

In keeping with the resort theme of the project, the developers called on Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc to design the condominium amenities, which include a large glass-walled lobby for the boutique residence, as well as a party room with a kitchen/bar and lounge, a yoga studio and guest suite. Residents of the boutique building will also have full access to all of the tower's amenities, which include a stylish party room with billiards and kitchen/bar, as well as a TV lounge and guest suite on the main floor. On the second floor, residents can access a spa area with a saltwater pool framed by expansive windows, plus steam rooms, change rooms, a lounge and outdoor deck. The project is also set to feature a rooftop garden on the eighth floor with planters, wooden sun decks, barbecues, alfresco dining and comfortable seating – not to mention the views toward the lake and city.

Suites at Ocean Club come in a wide palette of features and finishes. Choices in the boutique condo range from studios to two-bedroom + den designs in sizes from 395 to 835 square feet while the tower portion offers one-bedroom to two-bedroom + den layouts, from 440 to 1,230 square feet with prices starting in the $200,000s.
