The change from Winter to Spring is always something we look forward to in Toronto, but the transition is often a sloppy one. The skating rink at Nathan Phillips Square will soon be changed from its winter use back into a fountain to suit the warmer weather. In the meantime, the space below the square's freedom arches is neither a fountain nor skating rink, but instead a series of puddles of accumulated rainwater. Today's Photo of the Day comes to us from Flickr user 'syncros', who posted this shot of a Spring evening at Nathan Phillips Square on the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool.
