In the heart of the growing Entertainment District, yet another high-rise condominium tower is soon to top out. CentreCourt Developments' Peter Street Condominiums continues to climb at the northeast corner of Peter and Adelaide streets, and with work currently ongoing on the 35th of the tower's 40 residential floors, it won't be much longer until the development is structurally complete.

Designed by architectsAlliance, Peter Street Condos is one of the local architecture firm's three high-rise developments currently under construction in the area, the others being King Charlotte to the west and Theatre Park to the east.

Once the project sees completion — currently slated for later this year — residents of the 429-unit condominium tower will have access to a wide selection of amenities on the fifth floor, including a guest suite, theatre/lounge area, billiards room and a dining lounge with a fully equipped bar. One floor below, the building's fitness centre, known as the P.S. Club, will offer weights, treadmills and ellipticals, as well as a spinning room and yoga facilities.
