When we last visited the site of Bazis, Metropia and RioCan's massive E Condos development, stores had been shuttered and demolition signs had been posted. As of this week, work has officially commenced at Yonge and Eglinton with the demolition of a 7-storey rental apartment building at 25 Roehampton. We stopped by the building earlier today for a look at the demolition of the 30-unit structure.

The Rosario Varacalli-designed complex will be comprised of two condominium towers rising to heights of 58 and 38 storeys. Construction of the project is expected to be complete in 2017.
