At the beginning of the year, UrbanToronto wrote an update on what to look forward to in the King West Neighbourhood for 2014. Aside from continuing work on projects like Freed's Fashion House and Harhay's  oneeleven Condos, the neighbourhood will also welcome new developments to add to the variety of modern and architecturally distinct buildings that are populating King West.

One of these new developments is 90 Niagara, a 5-storey boutique condominium near the intersection of Niagara and Bathurst Streets. The intimate brick, concrete, and metal-clad building, built by Fieldgate Homes and designed by Giannone Petricone Associates, will feature 45 units, a mix of single-level condos and two-storey lofts. The developer and builder, Fieldgate Homes, is currently also at work on other developments in the city including 215 St. Clair West and Axiom Condos. The units at 90 Niagara will range in size from about 560 square feet to over 1200 square feet and will start in the mid $300,000s. Amenities include a party room and an outdoor terrace with seating and barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining.

Like many of the other developments in this area, one of the major selling points of this condo is its prime location. 90 Niagara is located in the downtown core, close to the Fashion, Entertainment and Financial Districts to the East, plus Queen West and Little Italy to North, all of which are home to some of Toronto's best shopping, restaurants and clubs.

While close to everything urban and fun, there is still a a good deal of green space for residents to enjoy with Stanley and Victoria Memorial Parks both just steps away. To the south of the condo lies Fort York, Queen's Quay West, the Harbourfront, Billy Bishop Airport, the Rogers Centre and the ACC, all of which are easily accessible via the TTC.
