Located in Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shores, Empire Communities' Eau du Soleil will be quite the prominent silhouette amongst the towers in this growing western Toronto skyline on Lake Ontario. Designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects and Richmond Architects, the development features conjoined condominium towers with sweeping views of the lake and the distant city skyline.

For those looking to purchase units on the waterfront, there is an exciting new program that makes condo ownership easier. Empire Communities' is launching a $500 a Month Ownership Event with the aim of making a first-time purchase easier for those who looking for some help getting their first down payment together. Eau Du Soleil home requires only $2,500 down and $500 a month (for 47 months) for select units. Paul Golini, executive vice president at Empire, made it clear why; "We understand the challenges first time buyers face to come up with the deposit required to purchase a new condominium". The set-up offers some financial discipline for those wanting to get into the condominium market and leave renting behind, and helps them to purchase a new home without having to wait years to save.

Each are designed with contemporary styles, accents, and materials by Munge Leung, and each suite features granite countertops and glass tile backsplashes in the kitchens, in-suite washer and dryers, and plank flooring. Cobalt represents an entry-level one bedroom suite, but you and choose the one-bedroom + den Cyan for a terrace that runs the length of the living room and bedroom, or the one bedroom + den Superior for an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, great to entertain in. Every suite comes with access to a huge array of amenities both inside and out.
