Urban Toronto Forum member Empty_Quarter gives us a bird's-eye view on the construction happening inside the "pit" at the site of One York Street and Harbour Plaza Residences. The development by Menkes will eventually consist of an 800,000-square-foot 35-storey office tower, and a pair of 62- and 66-storey residential condominiums.
