The new Bay Adelaide East tower, one of several new office buildings currently under construction in Downtown Toronto, is set be be a 44-storey, LEED CS-Gold certified building designed by KPMB and Adamson Associates. It will be home to the financial services giant Deloitte, who will take 43% of the space in the 980,000 square foot building.

Developer Brookfield Office Properties have posted a live stream of construction at the site, allowing anyone to follow along with the progress of this building located on Adelaide Street West between Bay and Yonge Streets.

The Bay Adelaide East tower’s expected completion date is late 2015/early 2016. The building will have direct access to subways and the amenities of the PATH underground pedestrian system and provide cutting-edge, premium office space in a in-demand location.
