North York City Centre densification continues with projects like Metropia, Bazis and Plazacorp's Emerald Park. Located Just north of Sheppard on Yonge, this two tower condominium complex will rise 32 and 42 storeys.

Construction reached the above-ground mark in late January and has been steadily moving ahead ever since. Crews are now working on the second floor of the three-storey podium. The ground floor will feature several shops, while the second floor will be a large supermarket. UrbanToronto forum member drum118 provided us with a few photos of the site from April 17.
