Along with residents already moving in, construction hoists on the building's exterior have been taken down, and regular elevators are in full use. According to Context Development, the lobby is having its final touches seen to. Cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, and bathroom fixtures inside the top units are now placed as well. We will see final completion of both the interior and exterior of the condo in the next few months.

Context Development have also announced that Market Wharf will feature public artwork by Paul Raff Studio. The Lake Ontario-inspired art installation will be located on the ground floor, covering the ceiling of a passageway between Market Street and Jarvis Street. The passageway for pedestrian, cyclist, and vehicular access to and through Market Wharf, could otherwise have been a utilitarian space. The goal for Paul Raff Studio was to make it memorable and meaningful. Their statement on the work:

Until about 90 years ago, Lake Ontario rolled over the site of Market Wharf. At approximately the level of the ceiling of the new public passageway, the lake’s surface glittered and heaved for those many millennia. A lake’s surface fascinates with its universally appealing beauty. Imagine you could see the lake’s surface frozen in static, sculptural form. Imagine you could walk underneath and experience it. This is Market Wharf’s future public artwork.
