We just can’t keep our eyes off of Ïce Condominiums, Lanterra’s 57 and 67-storey, twin-tower development rising from York Street and Lake Shore Boulevard. With the 57-storey west tower approaching its final height, we decided to stop in for another look at the architectsAlliance-designed project. The following photos show the current state of construction on this UrbanToronto fan favourite.

Starting at the ground, we take a look at ongoing work on the shared podium for the two towers. Take note of the angled steel pillars supporting the podium canopy.

The towers are rising steadily, now visible from various locations across the city. Formwork is currently underway on the west tower's mechanical floors, with the much anticipated roof feature to follow. Note in the following photographs that the formwork does not extend to the edge of the floor slabs below.
