The Queensbury Terrace Condos Presentation Centre grand opening was held over the weekend on the site where the new six-storey, 17-unit condo building by Wilkinson Developments will be built. The condo's presentation centre is located at 1340 Kingston Road on the northeast corner of Kingston and Queensbury Avenue, overlooking the Toronto Golf Hunt Club grounds near Lake Ontario. The building is designed by RAW Design and JH Rust Architects.
View from the Queensbury Presentation Centre rooftop. The units on higher floors will overlook the Toronto Golf Hunt Club grounds across the street. The building will be built right out to the sidewalk, so the parking lot that surrounds the site now will be gone. One parking spot per unit will be provided in an underground garage.
The Centre is equipped with examples of condo interior space. Below are samples of a kitchen and living space in a typical Queensbury Terrace unit.
According to Andrew Kinnaird, Sales Representative from Royal Lepage Estate Realty responsible for Queensbury Terrace, the opening "exceeded expectations," as over 120 packages were handed out to visitors and six units reserved (which is over one-third of all units in this 17-unit building).
Wilkinson Developments is transforming old Kingston Road automotive spaces into 21st century residential space with Queensbury Terrace and its other Kingston Road project, Cornerstone Terrace Condos.
