Earlier this year, we took a look at the views of Downtown Toronto as seen from the penthouses of Pinnacle's 33 Bay Street. Since it has been clearly established that the views themselves are breathtaking, we decided to return to the now finished penthouses and capture some views of the units themselves. We start off our tour by taking an elevator all the way to the top, to unit # 5201:

This sprawling 2-storey penthouse comes with 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms adding up to 3,575 square-feet, not including the combined 1,115 square feet of balcony space, boosting the total to a whopping 4,690 square feet. The lower floor of the $4 million suite boasts automated blinds, a massive double-height living room with encircling gallery, gas fireplace and an exquisite kitchen, complete with a Sub-zero fridge, Wolf gas range, Asko dishwasher, as well as features like under-cabinet lighting, a wine cooler and plate warmer. Stepping out on the balcony, we find the 8 person hot-tub complete with panoramic north and west views. The second floor features a mezzanine level family room that overlooks the living room below, while also providing access to a small corner terrace, with views to Billy Bishop Airport and the Toronto Islands to the southwest. The following photos will help to illustrate the beauty of this penthouse.

Dropping down a floor, we come to unit # 5102; a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom 2-storey suite. Walking in the front door of 5102, the first thing we noticed was the double-sided gas fireplace which serves as the centerpiece of the unit in addition to serving as a creative partition between the kitchen and living room. The second floor of the 3192 square foot suite, 5202 including balcony space, houses a lounge area with high ceilings, as well as a terrace with a hot tub, barbecue and outdoor bar. Just like the last penthouse we visited, 5102 is equipped with automated blinds, not that anyone would want to block out their $3.5 million view.

Moving on to the third and final stop on our tour of the 33 Bay penthouses, we arrive at unit #5101. This 2747 square foot suite (3194 sq.ft including the balcony) shares many features with the last two penthouses, such as the gas fireplace, automated blinds and a kitchen that would make a convincing set for the Food Network. Priced at $2.65 million, this piece of the sky is sure to sell fast.
