The podium of the Pinnacle Grand Park Condos located at Burnhamthorpe Road and Grand Park Drive in Mississauga is taking shape nicely. Developed by Pinnacle International and designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects, the 48-storey Grand Park 2 was released last month following the success of the 28-storey Grand Park 1.

Pinnacle Grand Park 2 is situated south of Grand Park 1 and will rise 20 storeys higher. While the glass tower will add to the Mississauga City Centre skyline, it may not be a welcome sight to residents of the first tower who face south. The second tower, however, has been in the works from the beginning and should be no surprise.

In addition to its attractive location, Grand Park 2 will offer a health and wellness club — an indoor pool and fitness centre – as well as other amenities including party rooms, private dining room and theatre room.
