Lindvest Properties, the developers of B.streets Condos, the nine-storey development at Bloor and Bathurst, have just launched six two-storey Lane Homes to be built along the east side of the building, on Loretto Lane. These residences will open onto the quiet lane with outdoor space at ground level and French doors on the second floor. The modernist cubes adorned with wooden slats reflect the sleek yet warm architecture of the condo building designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects.

B.streets Lane Homes will feature the same interior design by Cecconi Simone as in the condos. Here, though, the 1,267 sqft. is split between two floors with ceiling heights of 9'6" and 9', and each residence has its own private entrance and address on Loretto Lane. 

Located in the popular Annex neighbourhood and steps from the subway, shops, cafes and restaurants, B.streets Condos offers units of varying sizes within the playful, modernist and cubic  structure. The building has won five prizes at the OHBA (Ontario Home Builders Association) Awards, and seven awards from BILD (Building Industry and Land Development).
