Streetcar Developments has announced ten live/work Lofthouses in its Corktown District project. The Corktown District Lofthouses are located at 510 King Street East, a very short distance from the intersection of King Street East and Queen Street East, downtown, the Beach and the Distillery District.
The lofthouses are designed around the principle that no space should be wasted. The interiors are designed by Seven Haus in an open-concept manner that emphasizes livable space through the elimination of unlivable areas (such as hallways). Entering through a common corridor, you are greeted by an expansive open space and wooden staircase that invites you up to the loft area. The space is versatile and can easily be adapted to a private living/bedroom area or a professional space.
All lofthouses will feature European-style kitchens with large windows, glass mosaic backsplash, Caesarstone counters and integrated fridge and dishwasher. The bathrooms will include rain showerheads, wall-mounted faucets and glass time features.
Corktown District Lofthouse residents will have access to Corktown District's two party rooms, rooftop terrace, fitness centre and other amenities.
Lofthouse sizes range from 850 to 1500 square feet starting at $409,900. The model suite is available for viewing at 510 King Sreet East, Unit 102.
