Sun. Water. Life. These are the elements used to portray the lifestyle promised at one of Toronto's most talked about developments west of downtown. Empire Communities' Eau Du Soleil promises to be the city's newest landmark on the lake and Canada's tallest waterfront community.

Designed by EI Richmond Architects and Zeidler Partnership Architects, Eau Du Soleil will comprise condo towers of 66 storeys and 44 storeys and contain over 1200 units with majestic views of the city, all connected by a terraced podium, and grounded by a vibrant pedestrian streetscape with a beautifully landscaped public park with water features. A porte cochere entranceway welcomes you to the 2-storey lobbies under dramatic V-shaped columns where the themes of sun and water invite you through the courtyard with dancing fountains and modern accent lighting.

Once inside, the Munge Leung designed lobby is reminiscent of a luxury hotel lounge, with an airy atrium and abundant use of natural materials and textures. The complex's Party Room over looks the lake and Toronto skyline, and for exclusive use of residents on floors 50 and above, the Sky Lounge on the 66th floor offers a lavish location for any private event.
