Excitement is building at the site of Lindvest Properties' B.Streets Condos at 783 Bathurst Street. The cranes are up and ready to start construction on the Hariri Pontarini Architects designed structure on Bathurst near Bloor Street West.

B.streets Condos will be a nine-storey complex containing 195 units with retail space at street level. Sizes range from 380 to 1250 square feet. Below is a rendering of how B.streets will look when complete.

B.streets will bring a nice mix retail and residential use to the site, which was formerly home to an uninspiring 1950s-era Catholic school. One of the great things about the location is that it is right across the street from Honest Ed's!
