Zancor Homes officially launched phase two of their two-tower Richmond Hill condominium, Xpression. Located on Yonge Street just north of 16th Avenue, Xpression Condos features designs by Quadrangle Architects and interiors by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting. Dubbed Xpression South, the tower is as the name suggests located on the southern portion of the development.

Xpression South will have access to a variety of amenities, including a pool, fitness facilities, games room and lounge. What differentiates Xpression South from phase one is the sure-to-be stellar views of Toronto’s skyline and the booming North York City Centre. The tower will rise 15 storeys atop a six-storey podium and contain 229 units offering an impressive 41 unique floorplans.
