UrbanToronto got a look inside Tridel's 101 Erskine Condos Presentation Centre at this weekend's grand opening celebration. Tridel rolled out the red carpet for its guests at the presentation centre located on Yonge Street, three blocks north of Erskine Avenue near Sheldrake Avenue.
The 32-Storey 101 Erskine Condos are scheduled to be finished in the fall of 2015. The site is currently occupied by a surface parking lot.
101 Erskine is just one of many new and recently completed condominium projects in the hot midtown Toronto market. A number of develpers have been active in the area with developments such as the Minto Midtown, Minto30Roe Condos, and Tridel's own Republic. Bazis and RioCan have recently joined forces and ventured into the midtown residential frenzy with the E Condos at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton.
101 Erskine's townhomes, podium, rooftop terrace and swimming pool area:
Visitors were treated to North Toronto Collegiate Institute's reknowned marching band and catering by North 44's Mark McEwan.
101 Erskine has 10 townhomes and 421 condominium units for sale, with prices beginning in the mid-$200,000s. The 101 Erskine Presentation Centre is located at 2611 Yonge Street and is open Monday to Thursday 11am - 7pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 12pm - 6pm.
