Diverging from the green glass of its peers, 300 Front Street West finds its expression through the monochromatic. Clad almost exclusively in black and white, the 49-storey tower and adjoining 13-storey wing are an antidote to the aforementioned contemporary formula from which many projects spring. Developed by Tridel and designed by Wallman Architects, the project will also include a new public park at the corner of Front St West and John. The Claude Cormier-designed space will open along with the rest of the development once construction is completed in 2013.
