A chameleon, the value of a building's glass envelope is tested by its ability to becomes whatever the light requires of it. Using this as a metric for quality, the new Four Seasons Hotel & Residences is a clear success. Developed by Menkes, Lifetime Developments and Alcion Ventures, the 52- and 26-storey development is the fourth incarnation of the indigenous hotel brand and the second to be located in Yorkville. Designed by architectsAlliance and Page + Steele, this project is among the firm's finest works.
