Drawing inspiration from a similar trend in post-war architecture, architectsAlliance has infused the building with a kinetic energy that offsets the heaviness of the tower. Developed by Context, the 33-storey Market Wharf condominium is one of a series created by the collaboration of Context and architectsAlliance. Others in this list include Spire, District Lofts, Mozo, 20 Niagara and Tiptop Lofts.
