The Canada Council for the Arts has recently presented the Ronald J. Thom Award to the Toronto-based architectural firm Paul Raff Studio. The Ronald J. Thom Award for Early Design Achievement, which is given with a $10,000 prize every two years to an emerging firm, recognizes exceptional talent and artistry in architectural design and integration with allied arts such as interior design, landscaping and graphic design.
