Construction on Trinity Lofts at Trinity and Eastern Avenue is progressing nicely towards completion. UrbanToronto Forum user TheKingEast brings us this recent photo showing the exterior virtually complete.

Trinity Lofts looks almost ready. Photo by TheKingEast.

The building, developed by Streetcar Developments and designed by Giannone Petricone Associates, is a very elegant mid-rise project just steps away from the Distillery District. Trinity Lofts incorporates vernacular red brick and hardwood with more modernist elements such as the white cubic outcropping with balconies on the southeast corner (obscured in the photo) to create a compelling look which fits nicely with the aesthetics of historic Corktown and the Distillery District.

Trinity Lofts will meet its completion date sometime this summer.
