The Burnac Group has officially launched their newest development in the South Hill neighbourhood, and we're taking a look at it in today's Project of the Day. South Hill on Madison is located just north of Dupont and Davenport, sharing a lot with Burnac's successful Madison Avenue Lofts. The project will complete the block bounded by Madison, Huron, Macpherson and Davenport.

The building is designed by Northgrave Architects, who have continued the deco-inspired aesthetic we saw them use at Madison Avenue Lofts. While Madison's deco inspiration was largely expressed in subtle vertical ornamentation and materiality, South Hill takes it one step further, with curved balconies and applied stonework reminiscent of Miami Deco's nautical aesthetic.

The building will reach seven storeys when finished, with a total of 159 condominium units and 10 townhouses. Units will range from 384 square feet to 1,278 square feet, priced from the low $200,000s. Amenities include a fitness centre, vintage-inspired party room, roof deck with views of Casa Loma and media room.
