For the second time this week we're looking north of Toronto to Richmond Hill, this time to a project that has received approval and had an exciting launch party that UrbanToronto attended. Xpression Condos by Zancor Homes opened with a VIP Event that saw more than 200 guests and local officials in attendance.

The event showcased the development to brokers and potential purchasers; located on Yonge Street just north of 16th Avenue, Xpression is directly across from Hillcrest Mall. Project architects Quadrangle have designed two 15-storey towers and a six-storey podium, with landscaping by Nak Design Group. Interiors are by Tomas Pearce Interior Design.

Zancor is offering a range of one- and two-bedroom-plus-den suites from 491 square feet up to 1174 square feet. Building amenities will include three separate outdoor terraces, two guest suites, an indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as a theatre room and lounge.

Xpression will contain a total of 452 units with 51 unique floorplans. The development joins a string of established and proposed condominiums within Richmond Hill, a sign of the area's increasing popularity and foreshadowing future development along Yonge Street north of Toronto. We've created a dataBase listing for Xpression where you can find links to the associated Forum threads. Fingers crossed the TTC announces a Richmond Hill extension sometime in the near future!
