E Condos is the latest development to hit Yonge and Eglinton, and what a mark it will make! Developers Bazis and Metropia assembled land on the northeast corner of the bustling intersection, and have been working on pushing through a proposal for two towers, reaching 65 and 45 storeys. We have the newest renderings to share with you today.

One tower will sit atop a podium directly at the corner of the intersection, while the second tower will be located just north of Eglinton off of Yonge Street. RioCan (owners of the existing Yonge-Eglinton Centre) have a hand in the development as well, with extensive retail planned for the base. The towers will have a total of 1002 units with 371 parking spots.

The towers are designed by Roy Varacalli, who staggered the balconies and varied the density of exterior divisions to add visual interest. What really stands out however are the dramatic red sky decks found on both towers, floors that appear to be pushed out like Jenga pieces. These sky decks will contain cantilevered pools wrapped in floor to ceiling windows providing views of the surrounding neighbourhood from both above and below the waterline!

Besides the eye-catching pools, residents will have access to a host of amenities by Mike Niven Interior Design including various dining rooms, lounges, a fitness centre and party rooms. Units range from 400 to 1200 square feet, with each unit having a balcony.
