Monarch Group's Couture The Condominium is beginning to make its mark on Ted Rogers Way, as well as the Yonge and Bloor skyline. The tower, located just north of Charles Street, has already topped off, with windows and interior finishes now being applied. The project was designed by Graziani and Corazza architects, and is almost entirely sold out, with only two suites remaining, according to the project website.

The tower component is modern in design and, while sleek, isn't of particular note. It's the podium that seems to be drawing all the attention. Angled glass windows demarcate the entrance, with tilting metal dividers in stark contrast to the relatively square tower above.
