RBC WaterPark Place III is gearing up to break ground, and Forum member Zeiss snapped a few cool aerial shots of the site before full-scale excavation begins. Work seems to have started in one corner of the site, with what appear to be hole-boring machines working away on the opposite side.
Developed by Oxford Properties and designed by WZMH Architects, RBC WaterPark Place III is slated for completion in October, 2014. RBC will be the anchor tenant of the 30-storey tower, extending the financial district towards the lakeshore and bringing much-needed development to a landscape that was previously defined by parking lots.
