And so it starts to rise. Today's Photo Of The Day, taken by UrbanToronto Forum member someMidTowner, shows the tower portion of Aura at College Park condo starting to visibly rise above the massive 4 storey podium.
The tower is currently slated to rise 75 storeys but developer Canderel Stoneridge has applied for 3 more floors. We should hear about whether the city will approve the increase later this week. 78 storeys or 893 feet will make it the fourth tallest building in the city. The Graziani + Corazza Architects designed project will certainly dominate Yonge and Gerrard once completed.
