The 70-storey condominium located at the southeast corner of Yonge and Bloor is being developed by Great Gulf Homes with design by Hariri Pontarini Architects, interiors by Cecconi Simone and landscaping by Janet Rosenberg + Associates. Here's a look at the rendering.
This tower will overshadow all current buildings in the area in terms of height, though rumours persist that a potential 100-storey project will be revealed soon. We'll let you know about that one as soon as we get the info.
