It's been about a month since our last update on the much-anticipated Chaz Yorkville Condos (formerly known as Chaz on Charles). In early December the demolition on the 45 Charles Ltd. and Edenshaw Homes-developed project had just begun, five months after its original starting date. Maybe that's why the construction on Chaz has been going full steam ahead, even on Boxing Day! Thanks to UT forum member cruzin4u for grabbing this shot.
