UrbanToronto has received an architect's concept rendering of Eau du Soleil condominiums, a new twin tower project in Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shores area now working its way through the approvals process. The complex, designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects and E.I. Richmond Architects for Empire Communities features peak-roofed 64 and 42-storey towers rising from a terraced podium.

These are early renderings - not marketing renderings of Eau du Soleil - so expect changes before the project comes to market later in 2012.

Eau du Soleil's site right beside the Humber Bay Parks in Etobicoke provides views across Lake Ontario to the southern shore, and across Humber Bay to Downtown Toronto's skyline. These views will never be blocked. We look forward to updated renderings as this project progresses.
