You might remember us reporting back in May that demolition on the CHAZ Yorkville Condos would start in July.  Well, December is the new July! Thanks to forum member urbandreamer for this shot.

It's great to finally see the project underway. The 45 Charles Ltd. and Edenshaw Homes development is slated for completion in 2013. The 39-storey building (which may rise to 47 storeys if plans are approved by the City) of Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects design will also feature the talents of interior design firm Cecconi Simone.
