Judging by the latest pictures and comments from the UrbanToronto Forum, Sobara Group's new 400 Wellington Street West condo project is looking good while it inches its way closer to completion. Refusing the glossy, artificial finishes conventionally used in other King West buildings, this 12-storey condo designed by SMV Architects appreciates and accentuates the historical warehouse-esque environment inherent to King West neighbourhood.

The buzz on the UT Forum surrounding the project is quite positive, and many are excited for the completion of 400 Wellington St. W.  A little insider update: thanks to 400WellingtonGuy's recent conversation with one of the contractors of the job, almost all of the kitchens are installed and the flooring has been finished up to the fifth floor, with the expectation that it will all be done by the end of November.
