The 16-storey condo which opened a few years back was developed by Lamb Development, Harhay Construction and Niche Development. Design was by architectsAlliance. Several projects that UrbanToronto is following are visible in the shot, some more visible like Shangri-La, the Trump, Festival Tower, and the Ritz-Carlton, while Daniels' Cinema Tower construction site and Pinnacle on Adelaide are difficult to see to the left of Festival Tower.
