UrbanToronto spent some time this weekend on the deck at 39 Parliament Street which is one of the original condos built at the Distillery District. The deck is on the 11th floor giving us some pretty nice views of the area including the new Clear Spirit condo now on the rise.

The second new tower coming to the Distillery, the first being Pure Spirit seen on the left in the picture, Clear Spirit will rise 40 storeys and will contain 347 units. A crane for the 3rd tower, the 35-storey Gooderham, can be seen to the left of Clear Spirit. It will contain 328 units. Here's the rendering for Clear Spirit.
