Last week, after attending the opening for Yorkville Plaza, I stopped into Pizzaiolo at 707 Yonge for a slice. Spent some time checking out the floorplans while I ate. I then headed home. A few days later I looked for my camera to download the photos from the event, and it was gone. Looked all over the apartment to no avail. Tried the Four Seasons and got nothing. Then I remembered the pizza stop, and called them. They said they hadn't found anything, but I left a name and number just in case. For two days I heard nothing, and figured that it was gone for good, either at the event, the pizza stop or in the subway.

And then the call came from Pizzaiolo saying that they indeed had the camera. I finally grabbed it yesterday. Many thanks to the folks at the 707 Yonge location for getting the camera back to UrbanToronto. If you are in the neighbourhood be sure to stop in for a slice. Here's the location in question.

And after eating you can step outside and check out the sights.

And finally One Bloor East as it starts construction.

Once again thanks to Pizzaiolo!
