Lindvest Properties is closer to launching their 9-storey Hariri Pontarini-designed B.streets Condos, named for the Bathurst and Bloor intersection that it is just south of, and new renderings have been released along with the launch of their new website.

The new renderings give us a better view of the building's highly articulated facade, designed by partner-in-charge David Pontarini to provide many generous terraces and balconies, and to reference the variety of the manyeclectic shop and restaurant-filled buildings that line nearby Bloor Street. In fact B.streets itself will significantly expand street life along Bathurst by bringing several shops further south along the street's east side where for years there has been the blank brick wall of a former school.

Inside, Anna Simone of Ceconni Simone Interior Design will be bringing the warmth of the lively neighbourhood into the lobby, the party room, and several other amenities that will make life fun for B.streets' residents.

Several more views and close ups of B.streets are to be seen in UrbanToronto's updated dataBase entry for the project. The page also includes many more details, and information for how to register at B.streets if the building appeals to you. UrbanToronto's forums also provide lots of opportunity to talk about B.streets in our Projects & Cnostruction and our Real Estate forum threads for the project. Those can be accessed via the links below as well: join in the conversation!
