UrbanToronto has paid a lot of attention to the Sorbara Development Group's 400 Wellington West, and no wonder; the building, close to finishing, is one of the nicest looking mid-rise projects currently under construction in the city. Now we will have another Sorbara project to watch: this time it is their 32 Camden project, a 12-storey building designed by Core Architects, which is now starting construction. UrbanToronto member Drum118 was by the King & Spadina area project on September 3rd to get these photos:

So, that's the start of shoring on the project. Excavation should follow in a month or two. Once that's done it will be time to fill the hole up with a parking garage, followed by the condos above. It should all be finished in 2013, and it will look clean and crisp and modern like this:
