We're excited to see the first signs of glass at 77 Charles West condos.
Though just a glimpse the photo, by UrbanToronto forum member androiduk, shows a darker green than we imagined by looking at the rendering for the building. Here's the render to contrast and compare.
We'll need additional cladding to be visible before passing any judgement. Developed by Aspen Ridge Homes, the 16 storey condo was designed by Yann Weymouth of HOK.
