However you choose to name it -- The Beach, The Beaches, East Queen East -- this neighbourhood has certainly grown into a cool, vibrant, modern, and beautiful place to live. With the addition of Reserve Properties' Lakehouse Beach Residences, this legacy of contemporary refinement will continue through its mid-rise modern built form.

Lakehouse is RAW Design's latest venture in designing modern urban condominiums, after notable projects, Cube Lofts in Little Italy (in partnership with Quadrangle), Quartz at Concord CityPlace, and many others. The developer, Reserve Properties, is best known for its innovative Motif Lofts + Townhomes infill development on trendy Ossington Avenue.

UrbanToronto has recently updated our dataBase listing for Lakehouse with floorplans, more renderings, and registration information. You can also keep up to date with Lakehouse construction and developments in our forums.

We think Lakehouse looks great, and that Toronto's Avenues have a bright future if Lakehouse is any indication of a redevelopment trend. We are certainly looking forward to seeing the finished product!
