UrbanToronto member cruzin4u has updated us on construction progress at Couture The Condominium, being developed by The Monarch Group with the Philmor Group, just to the north of X The Condominium at Jarivs and Charles Streets, from where cruzin4u has a perch overlooking the site. This first image looks northwest at the back portion of the site, which will eventually provide landscaped space for the residents.

Residents of Couture will also have access to the indoor pool seen behind the construction trailers above, which was built in conjunction with the Bloor Walk condo, an earlier phase of the Philmor Group's site.

As seen in the images below, framing for the second storey floor plate of the two-storey podium is now in place, and the floor should soon be poured.

The podium and lower portion of the 42-storey tower, designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects will look like the image below when complete.
