The work to turn Etobicoke's Park Lawn Road into Miami Beach's famous Ocean Drive is now underway at Amexon's South Beach condominium project. THe Humber Bay Shores area project has sported the first of two towers for several months now, and with work on the underground garage substantially complete, and a concrete slab at ground level, the steel framing for the shops and restaurants that will give the complex its Miami-art deco flavour are now rising.
