A rendering of a new condominium project to be called No210 Residences On Simcoe was posted recently on the wall of the parking garage it will replace in Downtown Toronto.
The condo will stretch from 19 storeys by St. Patrick Street to 25 storeys on Simcoe Street. The project will contain 298 condominium units above 3 levels of underground parking. Developed by the partnership of Diamond Corp. and the Sorbara Group, the building's design is by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects.
A nice piece of in-fill coming to Queen and University.
