Out of all of Mississauga City Centre's newest community projects, Parkside Village is perhaps the most ambitious. When completed, the community will include a total of seventeen new condominium towers, retail, green space and public community space. The first two towers (Residences and Grand Residences) are now under construction, and registration information on the third, The Park Residences, has just been released.

Developed and built by Amacon and designed by E.I. Richmond Architects, The Grand Residences will stand at 45 storeys tall, with The Residences and Park Residences rising to 36 storeys. Ringing in a new era of urban Mississaugan living, each development will offer rooftop patios, party rooms, swimming pools, and more. Interiors are designed by Chapman Design Group.
